The winner in this competition will get prizes based on the achievement, First winner: Rp1.000.000, Second winner : Rp750.000, and third winner: Rp500.000. In addition, the top three winners will have their photos appear on the cover of INSympoFest Proceedings. Honorable Mentions and winners will be notified by email on November 16th, 2018.

Submission Guidelines

• Posters are submitted only online via this form.
• Posters must be the original design and creation of the entrant(s)
• Poster size must be in A3
• Computer graphics may be used
• Posters can be submitted whether or not they have been published.
• Each entry must be submitted as PNG, JPG, or JPEG files, with the highest resolution possible, at a minimum of 300 DPI.
• INSYMPOFEST Logo should be showed in each poster, besides the name of the entrant(s)
• All submissions must be received by August 24^th 2017.
• Entry fee: 100,000 IDR (30 USD)/ poster

As technology continues to develop, we realize that it is a signal for us to facilitate the nursing student who passionate about creating a tool or prototype which could help nurse provide the care for the patient. Thus, we are delighted to inform you that there is Nursing Prototype Competition in INSympoFest 2018. The theme will follow the oral presentation’s theme.
The winner in this competition will get prizes based on the achievement, First winner: Rp 2.000.000, Second winner: Rp 1.750.000, and Third winner: 1.500.000. Honorable mentions and winners will be notified by email and publication.

We invite worldwide nursing student delegates to perform their singing talent for the first time Singing Contest in INSympoFest 2018. Competent judges will evaluate all contestants and all judges will decide three best performances to get award prizes. Participant need to fill the online registration form in the website and pay the registration fee in Rupiah as much as Rp 100.000,00 for solo and team Rp150.000

Prizes are based on the category, such as:

1. Solo

First winner                 : Rp1.000.000

Second winner            : Rp750.000

Third winner               :Rp500.000

2. Group

First winner                 : Rp1.500.000

Second winner            : Rp1.250.000

Third winner               : Rp1.000.000

The video competition is a contest reserved for the world’s entire nursing students who have the creativity and talent to showcase their viewpoints and critical thought about the nurse’s role to encourage the wellbeing of human. The participant can be an individual or a team, which is the members no more than 5 person. There will be awards for the best 3 entrants of video competition. The theme of INSympofest Video Competition is “Healthy Nurse: Encourage the wellbeing of human” with duration of around 3 to 5 minute. In this competition, accepted video is only video in English or with English subtitle. The video must contain original material. Submissions can contain copyright materials no longer than 1 minute from the entire length video by attaching the necessary rights and permissions. Entrants who do not attach this written document(s) will be disqualified. The winner in this competition will get prizes based on the achievement, First winner Rp2.000.000, Second winner Rp1.500.000, and Third winner Rp1.000.000.

The winner in this competition will get prizes based on the achievement, First: winner Rp3.000.000, Second winner: Rp2.500.000, and Third winner:Rp2.000.000.
